What is the minimum age for Laser Tag?
For safety reasons players must be aged 7 or over to play Laser tag.
Can I get a refund on the cash balance of my play card?
No.Cash balances are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my tickets for cash?
No. Ticket balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I get a replacement card?
Yes, replacement cards are available however a fee may be charged for a replacement card.
Do ticket and cash balances loaded onto cards expire?
Yes, card balances will be forfeited if not used within 12 months.
Do I need special shoes for bowling?
No, regular street shoes can be worn, we recommend trainers or similar flat, non marking shoes.
Can I play Laser tag at Waurn Ponds?
No. Laser tag is only available at our Geelong CBD location.

Do I need to book in advance for laser tag?
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
What should I wear for laser tag?
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Dark clothing is preferred for better camouflage in the arena.
How long does a laser tag game last?
Each laser tag game session lasts approximately 15 minutes.
Is laser tag safe?
Yes, laser tag is a safe and fun activity. Our equipment is regularly maintained, and our staff provides safety instructions before each game.
What types of arcade games do you have?
We offer a variety of games, including classic arcade favourites, racing games, shooting games, and the latest high-tech experiences.
How do I get credits for the arcade games?
Game cards can be purchased at our front desk or online via our website.
Can I win prizes from the arcade games?
Yes, many of our arcade games offer tickets that can be redeemed for a variety of prizes at our prize counter.

Can I have more than 12 people?
Yes! Extra guests are charged at $28 per person for our Standard Birthday party, $30 per person for our Flexi Laserquest Birthday Party and $40 per person for our Ultimate Birthday Party.
Do you have minimum and maximum number of guests?
There is a maximum of 18 guests (including Birthday child) for our Standard Birthday Party and a maximum of 16 people for our Ultimate Birthday Party (including Birthday child). There is no minimum number of guests for our birthday parties however the full deposit amount will still be required.
Can I book a party at your Waurn Ponds Location?
Unfortunately No. Laserquest Waurn Ponds is a small concept arcade. There is very limited space and no room to host birthday parties.
How long does my Standard Birthday Party go for?
Your party will go for 1hr and 45 minutes. You and your guests will get 75 minutes of play time with 30 minutes at the end of your party to do food and birthday cake. We highly recommend you put 15 minutes earlier than your party start time on your invitations, this should ensure all guests have arrived before we have to start your party.

Do you provide food for my party?
No. You can cater for the party however you wish. You can bring food from home, get pizzas delivered or make a quick run to McDonalds. It is completely up to you and your budget how you cater for your party. By self-catering your party, it makes it easier for you to cater for allergies and food preferences. There is a fridge and microwave in the party room for you to use.
Do you provide a cake or lolly bags?
No. You are welcome to bring your own cake (and candles!). We also have a freezer for you, if you wish to bring an ice-cream cake, just ask a staff member to help and they will pop it in our freezer behind the scenes.
I have guests that are younger than 7, can they play laser tag?
Unfortunately no, for safety reasons players must be aged 7 or over to play Laser tag. Guests not playing laser tag will play additional arcade games instead. There is no discount to the party package if guests can’t or chose not to play laser tag.
Do we have to play Laser Tag?
Laser Tag is an optional experience. Your guests do not have to play if they don’t want to. There is no discount to the party package if guests can’t or chose not to play.
How does a Laserquest Standard Birthday party work?
Your party host will come and collect your guests at your party start time and take them to their game of laser tag. Once their laser tag game has finished they will be given instructions on how to play the arcade games and presented with their very own Play Card. The Play Cards will finish exactly 75 minutes after your party start
time. Guests are then asked to join you at your party table for food and cake! You will have 30 minutes in the party room to eat, sing Happy Birthday and anything else you have planned for your guests.
What can’t I bring/do in the party room?
Unfortunately you are unable to bring anything that needs to be plugged into electricity i.e Chocolate fountain, popcorn maker, radio. Games like pinata or musical chairs are also not allowed. Please don’t supply whistles and party poppers to guests or use confetti or table sprinkles to decorate.
Where can I park?
Finding a park on the street can be a little tricky on weekends. We recommend parking at Market Square Shopping Centre or Westfield Geelong.
